DmC Devil May Cry pre-order bonus weapon trailers

Capcom has shared a set of short trailers showcasing DmC Devil May Cry‘s pre-order bonus weapons in action.

Samurai Pack (GameStop U.S. / EB Games Canada)

With the Samurai Pack, players can transform Dante’s shotgun, scythe and axe into “samurai devastation.” You’ll also get free upgrade points to instantly upgrade weapons or combos, or purchase new items at the beginning of the game.

Golden Pack (Best Buy)

With the Golden Pack, players can transform Dante’s shotgun, scythe and axe into “glistening gold instruments of death,” and gain access to the item Finder, which will help players track hidden items.

Bone Pack (Amazon)

With the Bone Pack, players can transform Dante’s shotgun, scythe and axe into “precision crafted bone weapons,” and gain access to the Orb Harvester, which will allow players to upgrade Dante’s weapons and perks faster.

    Pre-order bonuses that make the game easier. Terrible idea. Especially for a game that they want to be the next Devil May Cry.

    Hmmm…Each DLC has something going for them. I don’t know hard it will be to find items in this game, or how important they are, though…

    I guess if I knew how much of a bonus you got in the beginning of the game, I could decide between the Samurai and Bone pack.

    The only thing i can say to people who want to play this game is to consider buying it second hand or renting it, in order to encourage Capcom to go back to the original game series.

      I understand your frustration, but don’t you think you’re being a bit too … presumptive?
      This game could be just as good, if not better than the original series. Yes, the character designs are a bit (unique?), but from what we’ve seen of it, the gameplay looks pretty solid.  

      I think we should wait for the reviews and some hands-on experience before we start punishing Capcom for trying something fresh and new.

    Leaving aside my distaste of this game for the moment and looking at it objectively, I must say that that is one ugly facial model for ‘Dante’.

    just look at Bayonetta, lots of unlockables IN-GAME without no charge watsoever.

    you can BS your way to get the bonus DLC codes…
     
    at GameStop, reserve — buy the game — use the codes from the receipt — return the game and receive full refund

    at Amazon, reserve online — they email u the codes before they ship the order — use codes — cancel order online

    at BestBuy, u can do the same thing on GameStop

    i have been doing these for the past years! lol

    Bone pack looks pretty awesome.  DB is right tho, kinda dumb to make the game easier.
