Ubisoft Paris announcing new project “this week”

Tweets suggest Techland's involvement. Maybe.

Ubisoft Paris developer Aymeric Evennou is teasing a “new project” to be announced “this week.”

“New project announced *very* soon,” said Evennou. “Finally!”

I pressed him for a time frame, confirming “very soon” to mean “this week.”

Pawel Kopinski, international PR and marketing director at Dead Island developer Techland, responded to Evennou’s tweet with, “True Story!” Which may suggest Techland’s involvement. The developer has previously worked with Ubisoft on the Call of Juarez series. Kopinski also said to expect the announcement before Friday.
