Ni no Kuni pre-order bonuses announced

SteelBook at GameStop, Griffy at Amazon.

Namco Bandai today announced pre-order bonuses for Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch in North America.

Consumers who pre-order the game at U.S. GameStop and Canadian EB Games locations will receive an exclusive SteelBook case with alternate artwork (available while supplies last) when they pick up their copy of the game.

Consumer who pre-order at Amazon.com will receive an exclusive griffy familiar, not seen in the original Japanese version of the game. THe griffy is able to spy on its prey from great distances, earning itself the title as “Hunter of the Skies.” Its attacks include “Phantom Fangs” and “Petrifying Puff.”

Ni no Kuni is due for PlayStation 3 on January 22, 2013. View images of the pre-order goodies at the gallery.

    I already preordered the special edition on Amazon.
    But here in Germany we have yet to get some pre-order stuff.
    Hope it will come eventually.

    It would be nice to get this stuff, especially the steelbook case, with the Wizard’s Edition that I have pre-ordered.
