Ubisoft announces Gamescom lineup, press conference
New free-to-play titles to be announced.
Ubisoft has announced its lineup and dated its press conference for Gamescom in Cologne next month. The publisher’s media briefing will be held on August 15 at 3:00 p.m. local time in the Konrad-Adenauer-Saal, Congress-Centrum North. There, according to the company, “top Ubisoft executives will unveil new free-to-play titles set in the universes of some of Ubisoft’s popular franchises and detail the company’s plans in e-sports and other growing online game genres.”
The publisher’s lineup includes:
- Assassin’s Creed III (PS3, 360, Wii U, PC)
- Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation (PSV)
- Far Cry 3 (PS3, 360, PC)
- Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Online (PC)
- Shootmania: Storm (PC)
The following games will be playable on Wii U:
- Rabbids Land
- Rayman Legend
- Sports Connection
- Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2013
- ZombiU
Over at Ubisoft’s main stage area, it plans on showing an extended version of the Splinter Cell: Blacklist E3 demo, and see Just Dance 4, Hip Hop Dance Experience, and The Settlers Online. It also will host a Op3n ShootMania Gamescom 2012 tournament in the Electronic Sports League booth in the afternoon hours of August 17.
Gamescom runs from August 15 to 19.
