Atlus is celebrating the summer with a huge PlayStation Network sale. Dubbed the “Half Off Just About Everything For Just About A Month” sale, “just about every game” Atlus is available half-off until July 31.

“When we think about summer, we think about two things,” began Aram Jabbari, Manager of PR and Sales at Atlus. “First, gaming, because dermatologists appreciate reduced exposure to the sun. Second, money, and how little of it we want to have to spend. There is a third thing, compulsive generosity, but we promised our accountants we wouldn’t discuss that in public. Anyways, put all of that together and you have the perfect treat for gamers, a huge sale on a number of award-winning Atlus titles.”

I am going to get Catherine (both formats- Physical and digital formats). I am debating on whether I should get Shin Megami Tensei Persona 3 Portable… Is this game highly recommended one over its predecessors?

Persona 3 really only has one competitor for rpg of the ps2 era and fortunately for you its persona 4. Ive played lots of rpgs but none of them really hit like persona 3 and 4 . You should definatly pick 3 up since its so cheap.

Are you saying you have yet to play Persona 3? I highly recommend it and Persona 4. I find them easier for newcomers to jump in and play. Is P3P highly recommended over P1 and P2 portable? In my opinion, yes,

I’d get Catherine if it had both language tracks. But it doesn’t, so screw them.

Since I still have my Catherine Love is Over Deluxe edition, I decided to go with PSP games.

Picked up Crimson Gem Saga, Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble, and P3P! (Finally!!!)

I look forward to playing them on my new vita, once I get it.
