GungHo Online Entertainment and Game Arts released new screenshots of Dokuro today highlighting the game’s “Windmill / Balloon,” “Obstacle Move,” and “Crank” gimmicks.
The “Windmill / Baloon” element allows players to float using wind turbines and travel through valleys via air balloon rides. The “Obstacle Move” element allows players to move around objects, including huge cheese and rocks, to get past obstacles. And the “Crank” element will see players operating cranks to aim cannons – which may or may not involve firing the princess. (It does.)
A demo for Dokuro is currently available on the Japanese PlayStation Network. Two more demos will launch on June 21 and June 28, respectively. The game is due for PlayStation Vita in Japan on July 5.
