Konami opens Castlevania: Lords of Shadow teaser site
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 incoming?

Konami updated its Facebook page today with a new cover photo (above). In the description of the image, it posted a link to a site titled “The Dragon Returns.” On the site is the date May 31, 2012. In its source code, however, the term “CLOS Teaser Page” can be found as a meta property.

The internet is no stranger to a possible Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2. Dave Cox, producer of the first game, has teased it on multiple occasions.

    Phew, glad to know the clues lead to Lords of Shadow 2 rather than for the rumoured 2D Metroidvania game. The artwork reeks of the original LoS.

    I dunno but there’s something about the artwork that’s…different from what we were used to in the series (not the pic on display exactly, but rather the one we’re presented when we acess the teaser website). Anyway, hope this game’s interesting, and that they keep LoS and the 2D Metroidvania games separated and awesome as ever (both of them) :)

    One of my most anticipated games. The first game has a fantastic story and voice acting, and I hope this sequel will be much better, especially the gameplay.
