Capcom is bringing Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor, its upcoming Kinect-enabled strategy game, to PAX East in Boston this weekend.

Players will be able to step into the suit of a Vertical Tank pilot, and try out the Manhattan Beach Landing (Capcom booth #950) and Downtown New York (Microsoft booth #524) stages.

    lol…Kinect.

Serious question though, is Kinect required for this title?

    If so…lol Kinect.

@Sal Romano: Well, poo. I liked the first one. But I’m not getting Kinect. >_<

    Well…

let’s see how this goes. Hopefully it isn’t another Kinect Star Wars.

^Every Kinect game is a Kinect Star Wars. i.e. broken laggy SW that makes its players imitate an arachnoleptic fit just to make something happen in an on-rails environment.
Now we have a sequel to a game which required a special controller with like 80 buttons on it churned out for a controllerless platform and replacing all those buttons with arm flailing. Am I the only person that sees the complete and utter failure this idea is?

Sorry for the double post but I shouldve just said “What FearMonkey said”.
