Sonic the Hedgehog co-creator Hirokazu Yasuhara has joined Nintendo.
The developer left his position as a designer at Namco Bandai last month. He was previously employed by Naughty Dog, where he worked on Jak & Daxter and Uncharted for six years.
Now, Yasuahara is a full-time employee at Nintendo Software Technology, a North American subsidiary of Nintendo. The studio typically works across all Nintendo IPs and platforms. Its most recent release is Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem for DS. It was also behind the canceled Project H.A.M.M.E.R. for Wii.
Thanks, Gamasutra.
