Namco Bandai has filed a trademark for Tales of Xillia in Europe. The mark was pushed two days ago – on March 20.
Last week, the publisher released Tales of Graces F in North America. Graces F originally launched in Japan in December 2010. Xillia, however, is the latest entry in the series, and was released in September last year.
Tales of Xillia is the first in the Tales series to feature two lead protagonists, Milla Maxwell and Jude Mathis. The game was released on PlayStation 3.
Hopefully, the trademark is a hint at Namco Bandai’s localization of the title. The publisher is holding a press event next month, similar to its Dubai press event last year where Soulcalibur V was announced. If anything, we might hear about it there.
Thanks, Siliconera.
