Final Fantasy 25th Anniversary logo revealed
In 1987, Squaresoft had one last hope.
Square Enix has revealed the official logo for its Final Fantasy 25th anniversary celebration.

Upcoming 3DS release Theathrythm: Final Fantasy will be the first of many to feature the logo. Let’s hope Final Fantasy Versus XIII is, at least, the last of them.
The first Final Fantasy was released for the Nintendo Entertainment System in Japan on December 18, 1987.

I adore all things FF!
Happy 25th to the best game series of all time. OF ALL TIME!
@Malcolm Reynolds: I greet this anniversary with great admiration and great despair…
Lol. Lazy Throne Moogle. Is that a cookie on his chest?
@Revorse: Looks like a yellow smiley to me.
I’m liking this classic look!
Final Fantasy Versus XIII will be out by 30th Anniversary, with its current state. -_-
I hope this year is a good year for the Final Fantasy franchise.
Now that the Devs in Japan are on the same page with HD gaming, how much it costs to make, and how to work with the tech.
We will hopefully see the return of console JRPGS. More like they were on the PS1 and PS2 era.
Which means they should return to their roots some. Who else would love to see an old school FF game in HD?
I know I would! Make it happen please! :)
And as for the new FF games, please release Versus this year. ^^
That is one amazing logo. Let’s see what SE has in store for us to celebrate this anniversary. Will Bravely Default feature this logo as well?
Great logo, Kupo! Here’s to some amazing experiences over those 25 years, and I will look forward to whatever is next from Square’s flagship franchise!
FF always is the best jrpg at its time, many haters, many lovers, but has a new public in each new episode. Perfect, lives in my hearth.
I wonder if that “Final Fantasy Dimensions” game is a game that will take a bunch of the main characters from the Final Fantasy series and put them all into one massive RPG.
IIRC, I also read a report that a section of Square Enix was working on a new, unannounced RPG. Kind of goes hand in hand…
Happy 25th Anniversary Square-Enix , I really hope they follow Capcom’s way of releasing news or trailer. Working title secretly and after half finished or almost finished then they can tease us.
