Game Arts, developer of the Grandia series, is making a game for PlayStation Vita. Revealed in this week’s Famitsu is Ragnarok Odyssey, a new four-player multiplayer “Hunting Action” RPG that challenges players to ‘defeat giants’ in ‘exhilarating pursuit.’ Players can assign jobs such as Sword Warrior, Assassin, Hunter, Mage, Hammer Smith, and Cleric.
The game will have a flashy rendition, various quests, and smaller-sized enemies as well, according to the magazine. Fast attacks and ‘gorgeous’ aerial tricks are also mentioned. Some of the giant enemies’ heads are as big as the player character’s body.
Ragnarok Odyssey will be playable at Sony’s booth at the Tokyo Game Show next week. Stay tuned for additional details.
