"We've done lots of exclusive content on Xbox 360."

The PlayStation 3 and Vita versions of Street Fighter x Tekken feature three fighters not available in the Xbox 360 version: Cole (inFAMOUS 2), Toro, and Kuro (ToroStation). So what about the Xbox 360 version?

“Guys, we’ve done lots of exclusive content on Xbox 360 platforms ([Dead Rising], [Dead Rising 2], Lost Planet, etc.),” said Capcom Corporate Officer and Senior Vice-President Christian Svensson on the Capcom Unity forums. “We spread the love around from time to time.

“Nothing more I can say on the topic for the near term.”

Street Fighter x Tekken is due March 2, 2012 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A Vita release date has not been announced.

That seems fair the PS3 this gen hasn’t gotten much love from the 360.

    Sounds fine with me.

That is annoying. I hate it when they do crap like this. I would love to have the Dead Rising characters such as Frank West but I think it would be cool to have Cole.

What did they do to Cole? Poor Cole face changes now a brand new body.

Svensson’s one of the biggest phonies in the gaming industry. The only reason Capcom made exclusive dlc content for Dead Rising 2 on 360, was out of obligation to MS after they broke NDA by making DR2 multiplatform (Capcom was contracted to make three exclusive DR titles for 360, Case Zero & Case West count as the second and third). DR1 remain a 360 exclusive due to MS funding its development (the Wii demake is a Capcom funded production).

Besides, I recall LP2 having exclusive characters across both 360/PS3 platforms. Doesn’t seem that hard to do.

    That’s fair.
