The Silent Hill: HD Collection version of Silent Hill 2 is a bit different from its original PS2 release. For one, its visuals have been upgraded to high-definition. Two, its sound has been given a 5.1 audio boost. And three, the voice-overs have been completely re-recorded.

A new clip released by Konami at Gamescom today gives a sneak preview of the new voices.

The collection will also include a high-definition version of Silent Hill 3.

Earlier today, it was confirmed the collection would also arrive on Xbox 360. Both versions will launch simultaneously in early 2012.
