PlayStation Store receives mega update

After over a month of downtime, the PlayStation Store went live today. Making up for all the missed Tuesday updates, Sony’s put out a mega update today, including the likes of an inFAMOUS 2 demo, Under Siege, Wizardy, and more.

According to Sony, there’s still more to be published. The next update for the service will arrive tomorrrow. Next week, the store willl roll out a series of special publishes for E3.

As for the Welcome Back program, which compensates PlayStation Network users with free games, Sony said it’s in its “final stages of testing and wiwll be available to download soon.”

    I downloaded the inFAMOUS 2 and Wizardy demos. Haven’t gotten around to playing them yet.

    The store is back up for me, but I can’t download anything for some reason *sigh*

    I was gonna grab the Motorstorm and Infamous 2 demos… lol.

    rockman29, I had the same problem with downloading as well. I had to continue to try downloading over and over again, until finally I didn’t get an error code. I used this method for other downloads as well, and it seems to work, even if it is a tedious process.
