PlayStation 3 firmware v3.66 incoming [Update]

PlayStation 3 will receive a “minor” firmware update soon. PlayStation 3 system software update, v3.66, improves system stability “during use of PS3 format software and network services.”

These updates normally release a few hours after the notification is sent out, so expect to see it live soon.

    I know some people can’t stand updates, but I always feel like my PS3 has “leveled up” so I like them. Still waiting on a decent update to the browser however.

    they need to update uncharted 2 multiplayer, sometimes the loading would take forever and by that time almost everyone left the game.

      That’s probably more ND than Sony. I guess they are all busy working on U3, and the upcoming multiplayer beta.

    Playstation needs a new internet browser STAT! The browser works and that’s the minimum that any user could ask for but they need something better equipped for multimedia.
