Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Microsoft’s recently announced high-definition re-release of the original Halo, will support Kinect. Speaking to GameSpot during E3, Microsoft Game Studios boss Phil Spencer confirmed the feature.
“Core focus for us in our press briefing this year was Kinect, it actually came from two sides,” said Spencer. “Obviously, as a first-party, we believe that Kinect will be important to all genres of games, be it racing games like Forza, combat games like Ryse, and even games like Halo: [Combat Evolved] Anniversary has Kinect integration.”
Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary is out exclusively for Xbox 360 on November 15, 2011.
