This week’s issue of Jump introduces two new characters to Final Fantasy Type-0. While the pair has been featured in artworks depicting the game’s Class Zero in the past, this is the first we’ve heard of their names and specifics.

King, the male character, is voiced by Tomokazu Sugita. A dual gun wielder, he has the look of a cold person, but is actually very kind. Sice, the female, is voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro, and uses a scythe in battle. She is not good with words, but has good judgment.

Also in the magazine: the introduction of a new summon. The magazine has a first look at Odin.

As for other bits, the preview has screenshots of the player moving about an expansive open world using an airship to get by. The world map’s various dungeons and towns are free to roam, and battles can happen right on the map. You can return to town for information and supplies.
