Rumor: God of War 4 out September 2012

God of War 4 is set for a September 2012 release, according to whispers in the latest issue of PSM3.

“PSM3 has heard from another source that God of War 4 is coming, and will hit in September 2012,” the magazine reports in its rumors section.

“Our source works closely with the God of War universe, and let slip he’d be working on a related project at the same time.”

Late last month, development on the sequel was supposedly leaked via a LinkedIn resume.

    Here’s hoping they don’t mess up the story just so they can produce a new game. You know, considering the ending of God of War 3.

    maybe they will make it just like ghost of sparta on the psp which was great by showing us some in depth about kratos and his brther

    I love GoW but this seems a little soon for a new installment. All I can say is don’t mess it up…

    Maybe we see what happens after GOW 3. They talked about of the gods of the north.

    I hope Sony Santa Monica will make the game.

    The graphic quality and gameplay will be the same as in God of War 3. The difference though, will be that you will be able to play a new spartan class. Obviously 10 kratos at the same time is no fun.
