Falcom, developer of the Ys and Legends of Heroes series, is working on a brand new role-playing game for Sony’s upcoming NGP handheld system, the latest issue of Dengeki’s revealed.

Falcom CEO Toshihiro Kondo did not indicate whether it’s an all-new property or a new entry in one of their established franchises. The studio’s aiming to release the game close to the system’s launch.
