Uncharted 3 gameplay debuts on Jimmy Fallon
For those that missed it, the first gameplay demo for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception debuted late last night on NBC’s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Naughty Dog co-presidents Christophe Balestra and Evan Wells gave Jimmy Fallon an exclusive hands-on preview of the game.
The four-minute clip, attached below has Nathan Drake and Victor Sullivan leaping balconies, fighting flames, and brawling with enemies.
Fallon says it’s the “most fun game [he's] ever played.”

Love the new melee attacks. I’m pissed that I forgot to record this so I could watch it again in HD but I was dog tired last night.
Still, it’s not like he played the game for like 10 minutes and it was something they’ve already (sort of) shown before. But this also makes the wait for this game that much harder. My guess is Naughty Dog will go into hiding for the next 10 months and start showing stuff again one month out.
And is it just me or does it seem like ND could’ve gone with a different sound for the pistol? Very, very minor point but couldn’t help but notice that they didn’t bother changing the sound of the gun.
Excellent footage, looks phenomenal. The presenter seemed like a bit of an idiot to me (I have no idea about American TV though), but the game looks very nice indeed. One of my most anticipated games of 2011!

For someone who has played Uncharted 2, the presenter really sucks. He didn’t even know how to fire the gun.
