Sonic Free Riders out now; launch trailer released

Kinect has officially launched in North America and with it, Sega’s Sonic Free Riders. A number of gamers are returning home after their Kinect midnight launches with not only a copy of Kinect Adventures, but of Sonic, as well.
The final trailer for the hands-free racing game has been released this morning. It’s a CG clip that doesn’t really highlight any specific element of the game, unlike past trailers (well, besides a few characters). It’s one of those ‘get you in the mood’ kind of trailers.
Once again, Sonic Free Riders is out today exclusively for Xbox 360 with Kinect with an MSRP of $49.99.

I’m sitting here in Australia, middle of the afternoon – wondering about the people on the other side of the world. Thinking about everyone trying out Kinect after the midnight launches.. wondering what they think of it, wondering how well it works.
Hopefully you guys might do some Kinect reviews/impressions? I’d love to know what you guys think of how it all works..
I preordered this from overseas… it’ll be a somewhat painful wait for me before it arrives over here though.
We’re hoping. I e-mailed Microsoft about a week ago asking if we could get some Kinect coverage going on.
If they don’t get back to us, I’ll most likely end up going out and buying a Kinect.
