Namco Bandai’s upcoming Pac-Man Championship Edition DX is the first in a series of classics recreated for modern day technology. The company’s officially announced the project today as “Namco Generations” today, as well as reveal two upcoming upgrades.

Galaga Legions DX and Aero Cross are the next two games coming from “Generations”. The company’s also revealed a newsletter that those who buy “Namco Generations” titles can receive that include strategies, development secrets, and new information on upcoming games (Japan only).

Pac-Man Championship Edition DX is out tomorrow in Japan for PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE Arcade. It’s still scheduled for Fall 2010 in the west.
