Sega’s released new details and screenshots on their upcoming zombie-filled Yakuza title, Yakuza: Of the End, today. The game, set during April 2011, brings players back to the city’s usual Kamurocho setting, however this time invaded broken down and invaded by zombies. The screenshots provide a nice comparison of the city before and after the zombie invasion.

Four men step up to defeat these zombies. Former yakuza, Kazuma Kiryu, gets involved after receiving a phone call from a mysterious man who claims to have kidnapped Haruka. Former dragon of Kansai, Ryuji Goda, returns to Kamurocho after four years to find the zombie invasion. Feared one-eyed “mad dog” yakuza, Goro Majima, enters the fight in March 2011 after he hears news of his former rival Ryuji Goda. Sky Finance head, Shun Akiyama, comes to Kamurocho on April 1 to collect money on a loan, but instead end up dead center of the zombie invasion. Each of these characters have their own special weapon, however, their guns are interchangeable.
