Ever play an adventure platformer set in New York City? Of course not, there isn’t any (none that we recall, at least). Playbrains is looking to change that with the announcement of Sideway, a new and “unique” adventure platformer coming to PlayStation Network in 2011.
It’s being developed in partnership with Sony Online Entertainment, and the game world itself has been crafted by the guys at Fuel Industries and W!ldbrain. Playbrains didn’t share much detail on the game today, but they do promise that the game should be officially announced at the New York Comic-Con this weekend. We’ll be there, of course, covering the announcement.
