With the game set to release on October 19, Namco Bandai’s sent out a new media blast for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 today. The media contains both a new set of screenshots and a hype-building trailer.

The clips boasts the game’s “more vivid” and “more dramatic” gameplay, allowing players to “live the anime combat” and experience true cinematic action. The game itself has a three-part story mode where players will step in the shoes of Naruto, Sasuke and Jiraiya. Aside from the single-player campaign, both offline and online versus modes will be present, with a selection of over forty characters to battle as.
