Fallout: New Vegas PS3/360 patch in the works

Fallout: New Vegas is out, but bugs are currently running a muck, causing players difficulty. No worries, though, as Bethesda’s announced a patch is in the works for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game. PC gamers have already received this patch, which “resolves quest and scripting issues.”
According to Bethesda, they’re “working hard to make this update available for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game as soon as possible”. Once they receive info as to when the patch will be up, we’ll have it here.

As much as it sounds like a petty reason, these reports of bad bugs and glitches on the console versions are what put me off buying the game on day 1. I will most likely pick it up but only after the patch is out and confirmed to have ridden the freezing etc.
