Demon’s Souls team announces Project Dark for PS3 [Update]

Update: The game’s official site has launched, which reveals that both Namco Bandai is publishing the upcoming action RPG and that it’ll also be available on Xbox 360. Check it out here.
Original: From Software’s Hidetaka Miyazaki took the stage at Sony’s Tokyo Game Show press conference today to announce Project Dark, a new action RPG that’s said to be for those who enjoyed Demon’s Souls.
It’s in development at the same team, as a matter of fact. Details are scarce at the moment, but it’ll have some sort of co-op element. A teaser video was shown at the conference, but it was unfortunately blocked out on our ends.
It’ll be out in 2011. We’ll keep you updated when more comes in.
Thanks, Engadget.

i always knew they can’t make a Demon Souls 2 since it’s owned by sony and they would have to collaborate with Sony’s Japan Studio.
