Castlevania: Lords of Shadow gets introduction launch trailer
With its release scheduled for next week, Konami’s released the official launch trailer for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow tonight. The eleven minute-long clip gives players a full introduction to the upcoming game, including its story and characters, and provides players a look into its combat and exploration systems.
Those who haven’t played past Castlevania titles shouldn’t worry about story confusion; as this is a completely new story, first-time players of the franchise can jump right in.
If you’ve got the time, it’s really worth the watch. It looks simply stunning.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow is out on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on October 4, 2010.

That was absolutely fantastic! I’m definately picking this up over Enslaved on release date (they both come out on the same day unfortunately). The game looks so polished and high quality…it just has that feel of amazing production values to it.
I think the demo is supposed to come out today for normal PSN subscribers. I was going to check and post it in this message, but there was an accursed Firmware update first. I’ll see if the demo is out shortly.
