Capcom and CC2 announce Asura’s Wrath
by [@salromano] at 07:49 AM EDT, September 15, 2010 .

Capcom and CyberConnect 2 have announced a new collaboration during Capcom’s Tokyo Game Show presser. Titled Asura’s Wrath, the game revolves around “wrath” and “serialized drama” and “experiencing a game rather than just playing it.”

“What we’re bringing to this game is a brand new style that will have you questioning whether or not you’re even playing a game,” the director said on stage, “sometimes even we’re confused if what we’re making is a game.”

CC2 also took the time to clarify that they are in fact an independent developer and are not tied to Namco Babdai in anyway, whatsoever.

Asura’s Wrath is a completely original title that utilizes Epic Game’s Unreal Engine. It’ll be out for PS3 and Xbox 360.

Thanks, JoyStiq.
