After announcing the game at their Gamescom press conference, Sony’s detailed in full Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One. The game, which has been in development since January 2009, is a four-player co-op title that’ll have players dropping-in and dropping out in offline or online play.
Players will be able to take on the role of either Ratchet, Clank, Captain Quark, or Dr. Nefarious. According to Insomniac, they’re “looking forward” to telling the story of how they ended up together. They also mentioned that they’re “working hard to capture the feeling of fighting through amazing battles with other players”, online or off.
That’s it for now. Still no word on a release date. Insomniac will give us a more detailed look at PAX early next month. As for now, enjoy this trailer. Or check out these screenshots.
