Mass Effect 2 ‘Lair of the Shadowbroker’ DLC dated

BioWare’s announced that Mass Effect 2‘s ‘Lair of the Shadowbroker’ downloadable content is set to release on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace on September 7, this morning. The story-based DLC will run players 800 Microsoft Points, if they choose to buy.

It’ll bring back Liara T’Soni, a fan-favorite squad member from Mass Effect 1. Shepard will be aiding her in her mission to get back at the shadowbroker.

Those who are going to pick up Mass Effect 2 when it hits PlayStation 3 in January 2011 should expect this content to already come on the disc.
