2K Games have pinned down a release date for Mafia II‘s ‘Jimmy’s Vendetta’ downloadable content. The content, adding over thirty new missions in an arcade-style gameplay, will release on September 7 for PlayStation Network, Xbox LIVE, and PC for $9.99 (800 Microsoft Points).

‘Jimmy’s Vendetta’ puts players in the shoes of Jimmy, a hitman who finishes the job when the other guys can’t. Players will unlock new missions as they progress, including assassinations and vehicle shootouts in explosive car chases. Players will be able to compete with others in the leaderboards, providing for high replayability value while players try and best their friends.
