Square Enix has announced their latest PSone Clsasic this morning, and this time for a western release first. Square Enix is bringing their classic strategy title Front Mission 3 to PlayStation Network sometime “soon”.

“With the forthcoming release of Front Mission Evolved, the Front Mission series is back with a bang,” said Larry Sparks, Vice President Brands PAL Region of Square Enix Ltd. “Before the evolution of the series, we think it’s the perfect time to revisit a previous classic installment with Front Mission 3. We’re very pleased to be able to bring this compelling title to the PlayStation Network.”

Front Mission 3, set in the year 2112, will allow players to battle in mecha known as Wanzers as players fight in explosive warfare. The game has up to 150 hours of “engrossing gameplay”.
