Carmack teasing something “neat and unannounced” for QuakeCon keynote
Today’s not only the day that Irrational Games reveals ‘Project Icarus’, but also the day that this year’s QuakeCon begins, as well. It sounds like we have good things to look forward to, as id Software’s John Carmack is teasing something “neat and unannounced” for his keynote later today.
“I’m showing something neat and unannounced at QuakeCon tomorrow,” he wrote in a Twitter update. “Deciding if I should leave it be or sneak a little more code in…”
Carmack’s keynote happens today at 2:30pm CDT and runs till 4:30pm. For us here in New York, that’s 3:30pm. We’ll keep you covered. As for now, any guesses? DOOM 4?
