IO Interactive: Concept art not for new Hitman

Io Interactive has told us that the concept art that appeared on the net earlier today for what appeared to be the next Hitman due to launch in 2011 is not associated with any new game.

“Unfortunately, the concept art was created as part of a portfolio,” IO Interactive PR manager Tom Stratton told us. “[It was] intended to showcase an artist’s style or method of work and does not represent any new Hitman game.”

There you have it, straight from the IO mouth. We were wrong. You win tonight, bad luck.
