Dragon Age 2 reveal happens tommorrow
by [@salromano] at 10:30 PM EDT, July 7, 2010 .

Looks like we know what BioWare is teasing for its fans tomorrow. While it’s still July 7 and not the July 8 that we are supposed to hear about what they’ve teased, Electronic Arts has let it out early through a Warhammer Online press release sent out today.

Tucked away in the press release, this paragraph can be found:

Currently announced projects at BioWare include the development of ongoing downloadable content for Mass Effect 2, one of the highest rated video games of all time, Dragon Age 2, the highly anticipated sequel to 2009′s “RPG of the Year” Dragon Age: Origins, and the story-driven massively multiplayer online game, Star Wars: The Old Republic.

Technically, this is nothing new. We knew about Dragon Age 2 since Dragon Age: Origins released. There was a pamphlet in the first game’s case dating the sequel for a February 1, 2011 release.

Sounds like everything is to be officially unveiled tomorrow.

Thanks, Kotaku.

Dragon age was one of the worst RPG’s i’ve ever played. I was expecting so much from it and it failed to deliver. Explore a little then a window pops up “Gather your party and leave”. It was so annoying, characters were great but the gameplay felt so slow and unti-climatic.

Can’t wait to here/see something from this!

I loved Dragon Age Origins, one of the best WRPG’s I’ve played in my personal opinion. The music, story and mythos of the game was tremendous. Yes the battle system was a little…different…but it didn’t bother me after a while.

Bioware make great games and I’m sure Dragon Age 2 is going to be no different.
