Valve confirms recent Half-Life 2 poster as “fake”
Last week, a mysterious image with the Half-Life logo and the words “Freeman, June 14th” on it made its way onto the net. It looked to be some sort of pamphlet, poster, or promotional type thing for Half-Life 2: Episode 3. Today, it’s debunked.
Upon contact, Valve co-founder Gabe Newell has told Ripten that the image in question is nothing but “Fake.”
Simply put, Gabe, but very effective. However, he didn’t confirm that the game wasn’t Half-Life 2: Episode 3, did he? Nope.
