First three in-game scans of Final Fantasy Versus XIII

Original: The first gameplay scans of Final Fantasy Versus XIII have finally surfaced. They’re not that great in quality, though. Hopefully, high-quality scans will come in as the day goes on.
The three shots are here. The game’s already been confirmed for the Tokyo Game Show. Loads of new info came out last night on the title.

Wait…it said before that there were more screenshots…are you sure about that? Nomura only discussed 3 sooo I’m kind of confused. Really excited to FINALLY see something though. Better quality scans are needed badly. What is with the Japanese and horrible scanners?
I assumed for a second because I realized the Shinjuku-looking screenshot was missing. However, after looking at the third one closely, I saw that it was it.
Anybody get a Fallout/Star Ocean: The Last Hope feeling from the first two screenshots? Just from the setting.
I’m getting the fallout vibe from 2 of the screens definitely. I don’t know how to describe the city shot, only that the behemoth is awesome, and I’m loving how massive the city is.
The third one just blows my mind already. I am loving them so far, hopefully we will get some better scans later or even some gameplay footage during TGS. I am glad to know the game is being worked on the PS3 now and I am ready for my visual appetite to be fed, BRING IT SQUARE! :D haha.
I agree with AiQi on the slight feeling of FFVII or imo Crisis Core to, in particular the third shot.

The third shot is my favorite. All of them look great, IMO.
Hopefully these shots follow the traditional path of Weekly Famitsu and get released in direct feed by the end of the week.

Must say I love this ‘darker’ feel to the shots in comparison to the rather ‘light’ FFXIII. Not that I dislike the colouful work of the game but I always love a dark, ‘serious’ tone as well.

btw, anybody else noticed the “3D” in the second picture ?
I think they’re talking about Kingdom Hearts for 3DS in that sentence.
This “3D” notice goes with “キングダム ハーツ” which means “Kingudamu Haatsu” – so we have refference to Kingdom Hearts 3D. But why here, on FF VS13 screen ?

The third screen is certainly favorable, while the first reminds me of something akin to Fallout.
You can barely see the lights in the skyscrapers faintly with some buildings on the right. It’s charming and has a modernistic tone to it — The kind that I’ve been yearning for.
The 3rd one rocks… I like them all…Looks like he’s wearing the outfit that was displayed at TGS last year. Famitsu needs to hurry and release high rez shots.
