Eidos Montreal: Thief 4 will not be at E3
After a recent teaser of Thief 4 on PlayStation 3 from Sony’s PlayStation Twitter today, Eidos Montreal have denied the game any presence at E3 in Los Angeles later this month.
“Our studio is completely dedicated to Deus Ex at the moment,” the developer told Connected Consoles. When asked if that meant Theif 4 would not be making an appearance at E3, they confirmed it as “correct”.
Naturally, one development studio can only focus on so many things at a time and at E3 it looks like it’s Deus Ex: Human Revolution. However, why would Sony post a link to Thief 4, then quickly remove it — right before the biggest gaming expo in the wordl?
