Media Vision, developers of PlayStation’s Wild Arms series, is currently at work at “massive” projects for PlayStation 3 and PSP, if listings at job site Tenshoku EX are to be believed.
The company is looking for planners and game programmers to work out of their Tokyo studio.
The developer’s most recent project was an iPhone RPG in collaboration with Square Enix. It was titled Chaos Rings.
The job description in the programmer listing reads: “We’ve just started a project for consumer game machines like PSP and PS3.” According to the listing, the projects will be long term productions.
The planner listing expands on the description of the programmer, making a more direct reference towards the two Sony platforms: “This company has worked on the Wild Arms series, one of the RPGs that is representative of Japan. This time, we’re trying out production of a new title for PSP and PS3. We’d like to make it into a title in which we can take pride, one that appeals to users not just in Japan, but around the world as well.”
“This is not a light game. It’s a massive project that will span a long term.”
What do you think? Wild Arms 6? Or something completely new?
Thanks, Andriasang.

Sounds like some new IP, but im happy just with the idea of a new “massive” JRPG.
But Sony please take the phone and dial GameArts number, tell him that you want a collaboration to make Grandia 4 and Lunar 3, that would be the best thing that can happen to my PS3 (along with a Dragon Quest).
