Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is just over a month away from its release on PSP, but if Konami themselves is to be believed, it may have a future beyond the handheld platform.

At a recent Peace Walker press event, Konami asked the press about what they would think if they were to release the game on PlayStation Network for PS3, as well as adding online multiplayer to the mix.

The Konami rep asking the question actually wrote down the answers, which according to GamePro, is surprising in these kinds of situations.

Whether they’re really looking to bring the game to PlayStation 3 or they’re just helping Hideo Kojima with research for his next project, we surely cannot wait to see what’s coming out of Kojima Productions next.
