From Software: Demon’s Souls 2 not in development
Rumors back in February suggested that Demon’s Souls 2 may be on the way for PlayStation 3. Today, that rumor’s been debunked.
The rumors began after Japanese publication Dengeki began teasing an unannounced sequel that made it’s Japanese debut in 2009. The game was extremely challenging and included “interesting” gameplay systems.
From Software producer Takeshi Kajii and director Hidetaka Miyazaki have said in a recent podcast that a sequel to Demon’s Souls is not in development nor is planned for the future.
That only took three months to debunk.
