Backbreaker clip ups the running game

Publisher 505 Games has released a new clip of NaturalMotion’s upcoming football game, Backbreaker, detailing the ins and outs of the running game – the game’s simplified controls and animation system.

Players use the left stick for movement and the right stick for special actions. This includes juking, spinning, stiff-arming, or diving. Think EA’s Skate as a comparison. A special Aggressive Mode will allow players to spring faster and plow through defensemen.

Backbreaker hits Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on June 1, 2010.
