Rumor: BioShock MMO in development?

2K Games is working on a massively multiplayer online game set in the BioShock universe, if a source of Destructoid’s is to be believed.

Apparently, the idea of a BioShock MMO has already been brought up before – back in 2008.

Be it true or not, I don’t know, so take this source with a grain of salt. Although, it does sound like it would be a bad ass online game, that’s for sure.
