Modern Warfare 2 ‘Stimulus Map Pack’ breaks Xbox LIVE record
Activision Blizzard’s recent Xbox LIVE release, the Stimulus Map Pack for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, has garnered more than one million sales in the first twenty-four hours alone – despite being broken upon release. It followed through to sell over 2.5 million downloads within the first week of sales.
The fifteen dollar map pack is currently only available on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace containing five new multiplayer maps, two being classic remakes from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
