Paradox Interactive’s Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West has received a concrete release date for its PlayStation Network release this morning. The fast-action wild-west shooter will land on the European PlayStation Store on April 22 with the rest of the world getting it shortly after.

ead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West is a multiplayer shooter set in the Old West featuring four gun-happy characters each with their own unique talents. Think Team Fortress 2, instead in a third-person, wild-west style. Players will level-up, play in various different game modes, and earn rewards through the game’s unique award system.

“We’re thrilled to have Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West as our console debut,” said Fredrik Wester, CEO of Paradox Interactive. “Fatshark created a unique experience in the familiar world of multiplayer shooters, and we are excited to bring it to the PlayStation Network.”

The game is scheduled for release on the Xbox LIVE Arcade, as well. No word on the release date, though.
