Bungie details Halo: Reach Special Editions
by [@salromano] at 01:26 PM EDT, April 22, 2010 .

Bungie has officially lifted the veil on the different ways you’ll be able to get your hands on Halo: Reach come this fall. The first-person shooter will be available in three flavors: Standard, Limited, and Legendary editions.

For $59.99, the Standard Edition is pretty self-explanatory. You’ll get the game disc and manual inside standard casing.

On to the big stuff. The Limited Edition will run for $79.99. This includes the game disc and manual inside an ONI “black box”, an exclusive in-game Elite armor set for use in multiplayer, and an artifact bag containing Dr. Halsey’s personal journal and other classified documents revealing long held secrets of the Halo world.

Then there’s Legendary Edition, smacking your wallet and stealing a hefty $149.99. This includes the game disc and manual, everything found in the Limited Edition, a Noble Team statue crafted by McFarlane Toys, UNSC-themed custom packaging, and an exclusive multiplayer Spartan armor effect.

That’s a lot of dough. Are you fan-enough?

In other Halo: Reach news, Bungie also released a new video documentary today showing off loads of new gameplay. Check that out here.
