On last night’s episode of GameTrailers TV, Sony Computer Entertainment America CEO Jack Tretton spoke about both Killzone 3 and the company’s E3 plans.

“Well, you know, we own Guerrilla studios and they did a great job on Killzone 1 and 2,” Tretton told host Geoff Keighley. “I don’t know whether you’ll see announcements about it, but I can promise you we’ll see a Killzone 3.”

So what’s in store for E3?

“We’re going to keep some stuff up our sleeves, or else we’d have nothing to talk about,” Tretton teased Keighley. “We’ll have a lot of new stuff, believe me.”

There are a lot of great games on PlayStation 3. Heavy Rain, God of War III, White Knight Chronicles, just to name a few. Still to come are games like ModNation Racers, Agent, Gran Turismo 5 and SOCOM 4.

“This is just the frosting on the cake. I’m saving the batter for E3. We will absolutely bring the heat.”

“There’s a lot to talk about. You gotta be at our press conference, there is a lot to talk about.”
