Activision and High Moon Studios’ upcoming Transformers: War for Cybertron sure is throwing down some big promises. While the game has taken to many gamers’ tastes already, the team at High Moon is calling War for Cybertron a “breakthrough” and “gamer’s game” for adult fans of the Transformers series.

High Moon is taking the Transformers property very seriously, says Ivan Power, lead artist at High Moon, in a new “Behind the Scenes” clip. He goes on to say the “dark adult” style will attract even players who pick games like Call of Duty as their main preference.

And according to Matt Krystek, lead game designer at High Moon, “this is the Transformers game that [you've] been waiting for for the last twenty years.”

It looks amazing, damn it.
